  1. A study by Gruzelier (2014) examined the effects of neurofeedback training on athletes. The study found that neurofeedback led to improvements in attentional control, arousal regulation, and overall performance in athletes across different sports disciplines. The author concluded that neurofeedback can enhance peak performance by promoting optimal brain states. (Gruzelier, 2014)
